All my friends and colleagues know that I am a flora-holic! Anything related to flowers will catch my attention! And it is no exception when it comes to wine. I love wines with floral tastes, especially for a blossoming Spring! And you’ve guessed it right, I am introducing you to floral wines today!

所有認識我的人都會知道，我是一個花痴！凡有關花的事物都會瞬間贏得我的關注，而飲酒當然也不例外，尤其在百花爭鳴的春天，花香葡萄酒絕對能俘虜我的心！

One of my all-time favourites is definitely Gewurztraminer from Alsace, which is a medium-sweet white wine. It reveals rose and lychee aromas with a wonderful smooth texture. You can hardly find another grape like this!

其中一支我的最愛一定是來自Alsace的Gewurztraminer～中等甜度的白酒，加上玫瑰及荔枝的香氣、幼滑的酒體，真係無得輸～

Another floral wine would be Chapuy Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. This 100% Chardonnay Champagne has excellent non-sweet aromas of white flowers and white fruits along with delicate fine bubbles.

講到香檳的話，Chapuy 特級白中白 Extra Brut香檳都有淡淡百合花香～加上白色果肉的香氣、細緻迷人的泡沫，最啱鍾意花香而又唔想飲甜嘢的你～

For red wine, a nice gamay wine would be my floral choice. Coteaux Bourguignon and Beaujolais are both 100% Gamay, the lightest type of red wine grapes. If you serve them chilled, they are very refreshing and crispy with red fruits aromas like strawberry and raspberry, and a little floral tastes like violet and rose.

如果想要花香紅酒呢，我就會揀Gamay葡萄嘅紅酒，好似Coteaux Bourguignon及Beaujolais咁，酒體非常輕盈，有淡淡的類似紫羅蘭及玫瑰的香氣，當然亦唔少得草莓同紅桑子的主調，雪凍飲一流～

If you want a bolder red wine but floral at the same time, Chateau Prieure Lichine from Margaux would be your perfect choice. It is medium-bodied with mature dark fruits and floral aromas.

你鍾意厚身d嘅紅酒？咁就要飲Margaux區的Chateau Prieure Lichine la～中厚身的酒體，加上深邃的沉實果香及紫羅蘭花香，絕對係高雅的選擇～

Sauternes itself is very sweet and often with floral aromas as well. Take Suduiraut as an example, it exhibits aromas of yellow flowers along with complicated quince, pear, honey, and wood. For me, this is HEAVEN. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

來到我最鍾意的Sauternes甜酒～我的首選非Suduiraut莫屬！濃郁溫暖的黃色花香、溫桲、啤梨、花蜜、沉實的木味，我只可以講，係天堂賞賜的甜酒！
