"The 2014 Marsau has a lovely red cherry and raspberry-scented bouquet with neatly integrated creamy new oak that lends it a seductive allure. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, quite spicy with black pepper and cloves on the tip of the tongue, a whole packet of tobacco on the back palate. There is a touch of dryness here, but it does possess commendable focus. Give this two or three years in bottle."
