3 white wines including the delicate white wine from Chablis, ripe and rich Macon-village and a classic oak matured Chardonnay from Montagny Premier Cru. For the reds, we will have a casual and enjoyable daily style Bourgogne Pinot Noir, a country style Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru and a renowned, complex and delicate Corton Marechaudes Grand Cru.
