Rtvelisi sits in the mountain ranges of Kakheti. Its newly built modern winemaking factory is surrounded by beautiful greens. Stepping into the factory, it has a welcoming lobby with the view to their fields.

Rtvelisi 酒莊位於Kakheti區的山脈中，現代化的工場建築被翠綠的田園包圍，裡面則有一個舒適的大堂，俯瞰四周的田園。

Then we soon visited the modern machines of bottling. With new machines, bottling becomes so efficient. It was almost mesmerising seeing the bottles running through the track.

然後我們踏進現代化的機器房，全自動化的入樽過程使得整個過程非常有效率，利於大量生產，凝望每支酒樽走過整條軌道，更有一個很治癒的感覺。

And things got more exciting when we saw the stainless steel tanks and wooden vessels! Wines were ageing in these vessels under temperature control to develop their quality. We tried these cold wines unfiltered directly from the vessels and it was such a great opportunity to taste the raw nature of wines in this stage. 

踏入不銹鋼桶及大型木桶的存放區後，我們見到所有酒都再低溫控制下陳釀，確保葡萄酒的良好質素。然後我們更有幸試到新鮮的未經過濾紅酒，感覺特別有趣，可以試到最原型的紅酒味道！
