Colour – Ruby red
Nose – Aromas of red fruits (such as raspberries), liquorice and a hint of freshly cut grass
Palate – Fruity and round, with nice freshness. Notes of strawberry jam, and forest floor, typical of Grenache, balance harmoniously with a natural character (floral, fresh grass). The
finale is long and fresh.
Food Pairing
Serve at 17 °C.
Ideal as an aperitif, or with beef filet, poultry that is grilled or accompanied by sauce, fresh goat
cheese with herbs.
