It is rich in aromas and has a more complex structure. The foaming process is performed in stainless steel autoclaves for approximately 40 days. Its perlage is fine and long-lasting and its colour is a brilliant pale straw yellow. Its nose is reminiscent of apple and wisteria. The palate is harmonic and with a balance between softness and acidity.
Suggested food to accompany: as aperitif, with fish or crustaceans meals.
