Tasting Notes 酒評 |
Much more sunny, upfront and sexy than the 2010, the 2009 Gigondas (75% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre and the rest Syrah and Cinsault) offers overflowing notions of herbes de Provence, garrigue, licorice and spice, with a rocking core of kirsch and darker berry fruits. Rich, concentrated, sexy and layered, I don't see it lasting as long as the 2010, but it has another decade of pure drinking pleasure.
