Tasting Notes |
As soon as it is poured into the glass we can notice a fine perlage, of long rows of bubbles that run through the glass to the surface. The bright pink color reminds of rose petals or cherries in the ripening stage. These allow us to easily perceive the delicate aromas, notes of red berry fruit such as strawberry and wild berries. The taste is sapid, frank and balanced between acidity and softness.
Delicate and excellent alongside regional dishes, light meats and fish such as salmon.
